Description
Magna is hiring a Production Lead for its Mechatronics, Mirrors and Lighting group. The role leads and supports production activities across department-based teams, guides process technicians, ensures cost, quality, delivery, safety, and schedule targets are met, manages staffing and overtime, conducts audits and performance appraisals, supports TPM and continuous improvement, and leads problem-solving and team activities. The position requires at least two years of departmental operations production-lead experience or equivalent, strong communication and analytical skills, leadership ability, scheduling and BAAN-system knowledge, and basic computer skills.
