ProCook is hiring two part-time Store Supervisors for its Eastbourne store, each working 20 hours per week across a Monday-to-Sunday rota. The role leads and trains staff, monitors sales targets, assists with inventory ordering, handles customer queries, and maintains store standards. Candidates should have previous retail supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, familiarity with POS systems and retail operations, and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends. The position pays £13.79 per hour and includes sales-target bonuses, training, leave, pension, and other employee benefits.
