Description
The Operations / Production Team Lead serves as the shop-floor leader, coordinating daily and weekly schedules, directing employees, resolving bottlenecks, monitoring quality and safety, and collaborating with Engineering, Maintenance, and the Production Manager to improve production flow. The role requires MBO+/HBO-level education or equivalent thinking level, relevant leadership or coordinating experience in production, logistics, or technical environments, strong organizational and communication skills, and a hands-on operational mindset.
