Sobinco is hiring a Supervisor to lead continuous improvement in its die-casting departments, including Zamak die casting, plastic injection molding, permanent mold foundry, and grinding. The role analyzes production processes, establishes KPIs, optimizes efficiency, quality, and safety, collaborates with engineering on automation, supports team development, and monitors shop-floor order and cleanliness. Candidates need a technical bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience, along with strong analytical, organizational, planning, and people-oriented skills.
