Description
The Shift Supervisor oversees Tim Hortons team members during a shift, ensuring people, product, cleanliness, and guest-experience standards are met. The role includes people management, hospitality and guest-service handling, operational and cash procedures, store compliance, health and safety, equipment checks, and cashiering duties. The supervisor also trains new team members, monitors performance, maintains coverage, completes shift documentation, and escalates issues to the Store Manager or Area Manager.
