Description
GLS is hiring a full-time Logistics Supervisor in Utrecht to lead logistics employees and manage the parcel-processing production process during shifts, including day, evening, and night shifts. The role monitors the work floor, progress, and employee deployment; directs multiple logistics processes; coordinates with team leaders, transport coordinators, linehaul drivers, and temporary employment agencies; and reports to an (Assistant) Manager. The position requires at least MBO-3, 2–3 years of management or team-leader experience in a production environment, and Dutch and/or English proficiency. The salary is up to €4,150 gross per month, with a 13.75% shift allowance, travel reimbursement, training budget, and immediate start.
