ANWB is hiring a Supervisor in Heerenveen to lead a retail team of 5–8 employees, coordinate daily activities, meet store targets, coach and motivate staff, support customers on the shop floor, and contribute to store improvements. The role requires team-management experience, strong communication, Dutch fluency, product-selling competence, and availability for 32–38 hours per week, including evenings and weekends. Compensation is €2,738–€3,442 gross per month from age 20, plus a year-end bonus, with hourly rates of €16.60–€20.78.
