ANWB is hiring a full-time Supervisor ANWB in Rijswijk to lead and motivate a team, support colleagues during busy periods, resolve difficult customer questions, and improve store processes. The role requires retail, hospitality, or customer-focused experience, leadership ability, Dutch fluency, MBO 4-level education, and product-selling competence. It offers 32–36 hours per week, flexible hours including weekends and evenings, and a gross salary of €2,738–€3,442 from age 20, plus a year-end bonus, Sunday premium, and transport or mileage reimbursement.
