Description
KPN is hiring a Supervisor in Assen to lead and motivate a retail team, analyze sales results, achieve commercial targets, assist customers, and support light telephone duties. The role requires strong communication, a commercial mindset, availability for 32–40 hours per week, and fluent Dutch; experience managing or coaching a team is an advantage. The position offers hourly pay of €17.76–€19.18, a year-end bonus, transport reimbursement, an internet allowance, target bonuses, Sunday and shopping-evening premiums, and a training budget.
