Action is hiring a full-time Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of retail stores across the Gennep region. The role involves scheduling, store presentation, stocking, product display, guiding colleagues, assisting customers, monitoring work progress, and coordinating with management to improve processes. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €2,600–€3,200, an eight-week onboarding program, training, and opportunities to advance to store manager. Applicants need retail or hospitality supervisory experience, a driver's license, transportation, the ability to work within a 40 km radius, strong organizational and leadership skills, and fluent Dutch.
