Description
The employer is hiring a full-time store supervisor for its Schiermonnikoog store, leading a team of more than thirty employees and handling coaching, scheduling, store operations, ordering, opening and closing, and financial performance. The role offers 36–40 hours per week, flexible shifts from Monday through Sunday between 07:00 and 19:00, accommodation, and a one-year contract from day one, with compensation of €16.23 gross per hour. Applicants need an MBO diploma in retail, leadership, retail management, or a similar field, at least two years of supervisor or manager experience, availability for weekends and holidays, residence on or willingness to move to Schiermonnikoog, and Dutch and English language skills.
