Description
The Revenue Cycle Supervisor leads and develops patient account representatives, manages performance and corrective actions, audits billing and collections activity, handles escalated billing and payment issues, supports hiring and training, and monitors department productivity. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of team-lead or supervisory experience in a healthcare revenue cycle environment, knowledge of revenue cycle, billing, collections, and healthcare regulations, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
