SMC Ltd. is hiring an Automation Supervisor to lead and develop Production Automation Technicians in a highly automated pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing environment. The role provides daily leadership, technical support, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, continuous improvement, documentation, safety compliance, vendor coordination, and shift-to-shift communication. Candidates should have at least three years of leadership experience in industrial automation, robotics, controls, or manufacturing, along with strong electrical, mechanical, controls, and automation-systems skills; a technical degree or training in a related field is preferred.
