Description
The position supervises direct-care staff in a long-term care unit, leading and developing the team, coordinating orientation and competency training, and serving as the Infection Control Practitioner. Responsibilities include implementing infection-control plans, monitoring compliance, conducting audits, and supporting quality improvement. The role requires an H.S. Diploma, GED, or equivalent; two years of experience; LVN licensure; and specified BLS, Infection Control Practitioner, and California Staff Development certifications within 12 months of hire. The expected hiring salary range is $35.84 to $49.28.
