Description
The Supervisor, Building Services coordinates and directs custodial staff, utility workers, pool maintenance personnel, and service contractors; manages custodial budgets, work orders, staffing, quality control, contractor performance, supplies, and emergency response; and reports to the Assistant Director, Building Services & Event Support. The role requires at least four years of foreman experience and five to seven years of progressive facilities maintenance responsibility, fluency in English and Spanish, a valid unrestricted U.S. driver’s license, and the ability to work nights and weekends during emergencies. It is an exempt full-time position with a pay range of $73,064 to $81,182 and performance-based bonuses.
