Description
The Supervisor Care Manager supervises Care Managers and oversees the quality, compliance, staffing, training, scheduling, billing, regulatory requirements, and safety of a community-based care management program. The role includes coaching staff, coordinating with families and external resources, maintaining documentation, and may carry an assigned caseload. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of service coordination experience, and additional behavioral-health or supervisory qualifications depending on the program type. The position works variable schedules including evenings and weekends and requires a valid New York State driver’s license. The stated pay range is $23.50 to $33.00 per hour.
