CoreCivic is hiring a Supervisor, Case Processing to supervise case-processing staff and provide administrative support for Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s immigration mission. The role manages assigned shifts, caseloads, priorities, ERO case processing, docket management, data entry, records management, and removal-management assistance; oversees quality control, audits, compliance, staff development, evaluations, and stakeholder coordination. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, three years of criminal justice or corrections experience, one year of supervisory or case-processing experience, strong leadership skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to travel domestically.
