Description
The CBO Cash Applications/Customer Service Supervisor oversees cash applications and customer service for hospital and physician services, directing two or more full-time employees and handling staffing, performance, training, quality control, patient-balance communications, payer-account resolution, and departmental policies. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, lead or supervisory experience in customer service, posting, or collections, and one year of supervisory experience, along with knowledge of AHCCCS, Medicare, commercial reimbursement, and healthcare collection practices. The position is safety-sensitive and requires the ability to work at a computer terminal for six to seven hours daily.
