Description
The Central Sterile Processing Supervisor oversees the daily operations of a sterile processing department, including staffing, budgets, quality improvement, instrument tracking, decontamination and sterilization processes, instrument purchasing and repair, infection-control coordination, regulatory compliance, and employee supervision. The role requires a high school diploma, GED, or higher-level degree, three years of sterile processing technician experience, CRCST and CER certifications, and CHL certification within two years of hire. It is a full-time night shift position in the United States with a salary range of $27.75 to $42.15.
