Description
The Supervisor CSPD plans and coordinates decontamination, cleaning, assembly, wrapping, sterilization, storage, and distribution of medical and surgical supplies. The role supervises sterile-processing processes and personnel, monitors compliance with sterile standards, coordinates staffing and interdepartmental activities, manages inventory and equipment, participates in policy development, and handles hiring, performance appraisals, training, disciplinary actions, and terminations. The position requires an associate's degree in an allied health field or equivalent experience, three years of sterile-processing or similar experience including one year in a supervisory role, and CRCST certification. The salary range is $58,661.00 to $73,471.00 annually.
