Description
The CHPP Supervisor reports to the CHPP Superintendent and is responsible for safely coordinating coal-processing activities during their shift, including operational direction, operator training, team leadership, cost-effective coal preparation, and cost-reduction initiatives. The role requires at least five years of experience in mining, heavy industry, or a processing plant, knowledge of stockpile management and stockpile dozer operations, and a current unencumbered New South Wales “C” Class Driver’s Licence; a mechanical or electrical trade certificate is desirable.
