Downer is hiring a Site Supervisor - Civil to lead and support supervisors, site teams, and subcontractors across multiple water and wastewater civil projects in Logan. The role focuses on safe, efficient, high-quality project delivery; coaching site leaders; contributing to construction planning and methodologies; managing stakeholder relationships; and improving productivity and project outcomes. Candidates need experience leading civil construction projects in water or wastewater environments, managing delivery teams, and delivering projects safely and to a high standard.
