Description
VML is hiring a Supervisor, Commerce Operations - Multi Retailer to oversee digital shelf stewardship and commercial performance support across Target, Kroger, Sam's Club, and other mid-to-long-tail retailers. The role manages product content updates, retailer portal and syndication workflows, content alerts, PDP audits, competitive pricing and category-share tracking, client reporting, keyword and content optimisation, ticket queues, and retailer readiness before media campaigns. It requires 3–5 years of eCommerce, digital shelf, PIM, or retail services experience, proficiency with Profitero and Salsify, strong data and Excel skills, and client-facing communication. The position offers a base salary of $60,000–$140,000 USD and a hybrid arrangement with teams in the office an average of four days per week.
