Code3 is hiring a remote Supervisor, Commerce Strategy & Client Partnerships to lead commerce and digital marketing strategies for high-profile clients across Amazon, Walmart, Target, Instacart, and other marketplaces and retail media networks. The role manages client relationships, marketplace growth plans, retail readiness, content and creative optimization, promotions, performance reporting, analytics, and cross-functional delivery while supporting senior account leadership. Candidates need at least four years of experience in digital commerce, retail media, marketplace strategy, account management, or a related digital marketing role, along with familiarity with major marketplace ecosystems and commerce analytics. The position offers a base salary of $102,000 to $122,000, a performance-based bonus, medical, dental, and vision benefits, retirement, parental leave, and other leave benefits.
