Rocket Lab is hiring a Supervisor – Composites Production to lead an evening-shift composites production team at APC. The role focuses on meeting production schedules and quality standards, supporting team leaders, planning releases and schedules, inspecting work, managing risks and continuous improvement, conducting performance reviews, training staff, monitoring key metrics, and supporting new product introduction. Candidates need operational manufacturing leadership experience, composites production knowledge, manufacturing-documentation skills, project-planning ability, inspection competency, production-planning experience, and a record of improving team performance.
