Description
The Compounding Supervisor oversees and coordinates chemical compounding, pre-weighing, material management, production scheduling, documentation, safety, and regulatory compliance for new and existing beauty and personal care products. The role supervises staff, manages inventory and overtime, investigates batching errors, implements corrective actions, and leads continuous improvement and training activities. A bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of relevant leadership, compounding, safety, inventory, or process-improvement experience are preferred.
