Dexterra Group is hiring a Custodial Supervisor to oversee day-to-day cleaning operations for a mall and other areas, reporting to the Account Director. The role manages frontline staff assignments, equipment and supplies, health and safety compliance, incident investigations, records, and client requests during a 3:00–11:00 shift. Candidates need cleaning and team-supervision experience, knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, resilience, discretion, adaptability, and experience with floor-cleaning equipment.
