Description
The Warehouse Operations Manager oversees warehouse operational plans, receiving, storage, picking, internal movements, and shipments; manages capacity, staffing, equipment, and space; monitors KPIs; enforces safety, quality, and internal-control procedures; and leads continuous-improvement and problem-solving initiatives. The role requires 3–5 years of warehouse, logistics, or supply-chain experience, a completed engineering or related degree, ERP/WMS and transactional-system knowledge, intermediate-to-advanced English, and experience with KPI tracking, Lean/Six Sigma, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
