Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is hiring a Supervisor de Compras to lead procurement of direct and indirect materials for manufacturing operations. The role manages suppliers and the supply base, including the Juarez Facility; leads supplier negotiations, cost-out initiatives, scheduling agreements, inventory performance, plant assessments, and Lean/continuous improvement activities; and provides guidance and coaching to buyers. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in business administration or industrial engineering, at least five years of manufacturing and supplier experience, three years of SAP experience, bilingual English and Spanish skills, and knowledge of MRP systems and production processes.
