Description
Baxter is hiring an Inventory Supervisor to oversee inventory reliability, cycle-count programs, inventory discrepancies, root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and inventory KPIs. The role coordinates with Warehouse, Production, Quality, Planning, and other areas to resolve inventory issues and risks. Candidates need 3–5 years of inventory-supervision experience, a completed engineering or related degree, ERP/WMS and transactional inventory-process knowledge, intermediate-to-advanced English, and familiarity with Lean, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
