Description
The Manufacturing Parts Supervisor will oversee the production of parts and components through cutting, bending, machining, and sheet-metal work, ensuring quality, delivery, safety, and optimized costs. The role manages daily production tasks, operational teams, production indicators, Lean Manufacturing improvements, quality and maintenance coordination, and interfaces with PPCP, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Purchasing. It requires technical training in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Production, or related fields, industrial-process knowledge, production indicators, and Microsoft Excel; the position is based in Bebedouro, São Paulo, from Monday through Saturday, with benefits including meal allowance, dental coverage, a company cafeteria, life insurance, and university discounts.
