Description
The Research Programming Lead will lead and execute programming of research questionnaires, manage research platforms and vendors, validate complex logic and flows, configure quotas and survey launches, and support data extraction, dashboards, and other research activities. The role also trains and mentors programming teams, collaborates with project, recruitment, customer, and management teams, and requires strong experience with research-programming platforms, testing, logic, quotas, and cross-functional coordination. The position is based three days per week in Pinheiros, São Paulo, and includes medical and dental assistance among other benefits.
