JBS USA is offering a 4–6 month Supervisor Development Program that provides rotational work experience across plant disciplines, hands-on supervisor training, leadership and process development, and two-week trips to Corporate HQ in Greeley, Colorado. The program prepares participants for a final placement in a supervisor role and requires acceptable attendance, behavioral guidelines, a passion for JBS, and leadership potential; experience demonstrating leadership skills and the ability to relocate are helpful but not required.
