Description
Carhartt is hiring a Supervisor, Digital Payments in Dearborn to lead accounting, settlement, reconciliation, cash application, exception management, dispute resolution, risk monitoring, and process-improvement activities for its direct-to-consumer and direct-to-business digital commerce operations. The role supervises eCommerce Accounting Specialists, partners with Treasury, IT, Credit, Customer Service, and payment providers, and drives automation, ERP integration, reporting, fraud controls, and PCI compliance. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of digital or eCommerce payments or finance operations experience, and at least two years in a senior leadership role.
