Kohl’s is hiring a Distribution Center Supervisor for the second shift, Monday through Thursday from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m., to manage merchandise processing through the Fulfillment Network. The role oversees multiple departments and supervisors, maintains inventory accuracy, coordinates with business partners, manages staffing and productivity, monitors safety, and leads direct reports. Required qualifications include prior distribution-warehouse team-management experience, knowledge of automated distribution and warehouse systems, a bachelor’s or advanced degree, communication and teamwork skills, and flexibility for multi-shift work. Preferred qualifications include experience with operations and operational support systems, automated material-handling equipment, and SQL. The listed pay range is $59,500 to $89,300, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other programs.
