Description
The Supervisor Dockbuilder supervises Dockbuilders, Crane Operators, Tractor Operators, Oilers, pile-driver crews, and derrick crews involved in the construction, maintenance, and repair of waterfront structures at the Staten Island Ferry. The role assigns and inspects work, oversees pile driving, shoring, demolition, dredging, and related activities, enforces safety precautions, prepares material requisitions, and maintains records and reports. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Maximo, and CityTime is preferred, and one year of permanent service as a Dockbuilder is required.
