Evotec is hiring a Supervisor – Early Pharmaceutics to lead laboratory operations and support formulation development projects. The role manages scientists and project activities, coordinates resources and budgets, ensures compliance with safety and quality standards, drives continuous improvement, and supports team development. Candidates should have an MSc or equivalent in a pharmaceutical or drug-delivery discipline, 5–6+ years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience, laboratory-team management experience, and strong communication and organisational skills. The target hire date is 1 October 2026.
