Description
The Supervisor, EHS Family Services provides leadership across Early Head Start family support and early childhood development services for infants and toddlers. The role supervises Family Advocates and Child Development staff, ensures compliance with Head Start and Early Head Start standards, oversees family partnerships and community referrals, monitors classroom and home-based quality, conducts audits and data reviews, supports infant-toddler curriculum and assessments, and promotes parent engagement. Required qualifications include a Family Services Credential or Child Development Associate credential, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and 3–5 years of experience in family services, early childhood education, case management, or social services, with experience working with infants and toddlers.
