Description
The Automation & Electrical Supervisor leads electrical, controls, and automation maintenance in a heavy-manufacturing plant, overseeing high-voltage systems, induction heating, forging presses, heat-treatment equipment, robotics, and PLC-based automation. The role supervises and develops maintenance technicians, manages contractors and work schedules, leads troubleshooting and capital projects, maintains safety and compliance programs, and drives reliability and continuous-improvement initiatives. An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, automation, or a related field is preferred, along with industrial maintenance experience in heavy manufacturing.
