Description
The Maintenance Supervisor will supervise and coordinate daily activities of CFB maintenance technicians, oversee first-level maintenance work, process improvements, product delivery, maintenance budgets, process safety management, and staff development. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of direct job-related experience, and five years of electrical maintenance experience including at least three years in a petrochemical plant or refinery.
