Description
UT Southwestern is hiring a Supervisor of Elevator Maintenance to lead the Elevator Shop team and oversee maintenance, inspection, repair, and emergency response for elevator and vertical transportation systems across its Dallas campus. The role supervises skilled mechanics, coordinates contractors, ensures regulatory and safety compliance, manages spare parts and work orders, and may require emergency response and after-hours support. It requires at least 10 years of journeyman-level elevator maintenance experience, supervisory experience, relevant elevator credentials, a Texas driver license, knowledge of Texas TDLR and ASME A17.1 standards, and familiarity with hospital safety compliance and maintenance procedures.
