Description
Eversource is hiring one Energy Efficiency Program Manager to supervise Energy Efficiency Consultants and manage channel-partner relationships, energy-efficiency portfolios, budgets, invoicing, RFPs, customer programs, regulatory compliance, process improvements, and stakeholder engagement across Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire. The role is based in Berlin, Connecticut; Westwood, Massachusetts; or Manchester, New Hampshire, with a hybrid schedule requiring at least three office days per week and travel between the three states. A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related discipline or equivalent experience is required, with five to ten years of relevant experience; a master’s degree and relevant certifications are preferred. The annual salary range is $130,530 to $145,030, with potential incentives.
