Description
The Engineering Supervisor supports the Chief Engineer in managing hotel buildings, equipment, grounds, and facilities. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, water treatment, fire and alarm systems, emergency response, contractor coordination, inventory management, safety and legal compliance, energy management, and guest-service improvements. The role also trains engineering staff and coordinates with other hotel departments. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or higher, at least two years of relevant equipment or facility-management experience or a related degree, basic knowledge of hotel systems, and basic PC skills; hotel facilities-management experience and relevant professional qualifications are preferred.
