Description
ERCOT is hiring a team lead to develop and coordinate Large Load Batch planning studies, identify transmission projects, and assess technical and financial improvements. The role leads engineers and analysts, provides mentoring and oversight, collaborates across departments, communicates analysis results to stakeholders and regulators, improves departmental processes, and serves as a technical and quality-assurance resource. It requires at least five years of system-planning experience, a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field, and preferably team-lead, Python automation, transmission-planning-process, and NERC-reliability experience; a PE Professional Engineer certification is preferred. The expected salary range is $144,000 to $198,000.
