St John of God Subiaco Hospital is hiring an Environmental Services Supervisor on a permanent part-time basis for 60 hours per fortnight. The role supports the Environmental Services Coordinator by supervising, training, and motivating caregivers; overseeing cleaning, linen, waste management, equipment, infection prevention, safety, staffing, performance management, quality improvement, and accreditation activities. Applicants need prior supervisory experience in cleaning, environmental services, or a similar operational environment, rostering and leave-management experience, knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling practices, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. The position offers a salary of $71,369 to $72,635 plus 12% superannuation and additional benefits.
