Description
The role supervises and implements QSMS, ESG, sustainability, environmental, safety, and health programs; monitors performance indicators; ensures compliance with applicable laws and internal procedures; conducts inspections, audits, and corrective-action planning; supports certifications and legal requirements; and leads or mentors the team. It requires a higher-education degree in an environmental, safety, production, or related field, QSMS/ESG or environmental-management experience, leadership experience, a valid CNH B, knowledge of environmental and occupational-health-and-safety legislation, indicator and audit knowledge, Office skills, and strong communication and leadership abilities.
