Description
The Facilities Maintenance Manager provides engineering and supervisory support for facilities maintenance systems modifications, equipment specifications and procurement, operation testing, warranty tracking, and the management of maintenance resources at assigned facilities. The role recruits and develops staff, oversees safety, cleanliness, and facility functionality, manages contracted services, budgets, procurement, design and construction support, and preventive maintenance. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least three years of facilities maintenance experience, two years of contract administration and procurement experience, and at least one year of supervisory experience. The position pays $77,437.00 to $109,380.25 annually and requires a valid Colorado driver’s license and availability for a flexible schedule including 24-7 call.
