Description
The Warehouse Cleaning Team Lead supports the Section Manager by overseeing daily operations and shift management of a technical cleaning team in high-risk, low-usage warehouse areas. The role coordinates cleaning priorities, supervises and develops team members, manages KPIs and scheduling systems, provides technical support, maintains equipment and service records, and liaises with warehouse associates, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments. It is a day-shift rotation from 5:45 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. and requires at least three years of warehouse or large-scale facility cleaning and waste-management experience, soft-services background, cleaning-machinery proficiency, CAFM and Microsoft Office 365 experience, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
