The role oversees a Facility Technician, coordinates maintenance tasks, manages budgets and vendor contracts, performs or assists with building, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and grounds repairs, and ensures compliance with safety and health regulations. The position requires general building maintenance and supervisory experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and forklift certification; it is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with on-call time and occasional nights or weekends.
