Description
The Supervisor will lead a cross-functional team, developing and producing intelligence-driven support products to assess risks and analyze data/information for clients. Responsibilities include working rotating shifts, consolidating and approving criminal activity reports, assessing the threat environment, acting as a subject matter expert on security technology systems like Video Surveillance Systems (VSS), Video Management Systems (VMS), and Access Control Systems (ACS), and overseeing administrative tasks for these systems. The supervisor will also guide and train SOC Operators, draft and update SOPs, direct intelligence collection and reporting, and ensure rapid response to security incidents.
